We are a family run farm in Hertfordshire who keep sheep near Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City & St Albans. We now offer delivery of our lamb throughout the UK straight from the farm to you! So you can be sure the meat you are buying is supporting british farmers, high welfare and grass fed!

Lamb Boxes
We sell lamb in two different ways. You can either buy a whole lamb for those with a lot of freezer space, or a half lamb. In each box is a range of cuts for every occasion - from full flavoured roasting joints to heart warming stews. All whilst knowing that the ingredients have been reared in an ethical and sustainable way. |

Meet The Farmers
Symondshyde farm is family run and has been for three generations. It is currently run by Daniel and Lorna Mackay in partnership with their son Angus. They first started keeping sheep in 2016 as an expansion to their existing arable farm and it has rapidly expanded from there. They are passionate about delivering ethical produce, producing their crops and sheep to the highest standards of welfare and quality. |

Delivery Dates
We send out lamb every Wednesday to arrive on Thursday. Your order will arrive the next Thursday after you order. |
Frozen For 24hrs
Our meat is sent out frozen to keep it as fresh as possible - our freezer packs and wool lined boxes keep frozen for 24 hrs whilst it is in transit. |

ABOUT OUR SHEEP We have a flock of Romney & Easycare sheep that we keep in hatfield. We keep them on grass during the summer and turnips over the winter . We lamb outside in March with as little intevention as possible, just as nature intended. |
